The high mountain peaks of Montana Glacier Country accumulate large amounts of snow each winter, which supply an abundance of water for the three forks of the Flathead River. Every spring folks from around the world begin to arrive around May, to enjoy the mountains, valleys and rivers, eager to test their skill and to challenge the whitewater of the Middle Fork of the Flathead River.
Great Northern Whitewater runs a fleet of High side self-bailer rafts ranging from 12' to 16' in length. Rafts accommodate 6-10 people. Most of the trips are paddleboat guided. Oar-guided trips are also available.
I'd like to personally invite you and your family to join us this summer as we celebrate over 30 years of whitewater rafting.
I still remember vividly the excitement of my very first ride down the whitewater of the Middle Fork. The power of the river! The happy screams from the preceding boat! The challenge of rowing hard to hit the best line through a drop!
Through the years, over a quarter million guests from around the world have floated with us. Let us help you to select a white water rafting trip that bests suits your needs.
Now it's your turn for the thrill of a lifetime!
These trips happen regularly between the dates of May Through Sept seven days a week.
